Historic Royal Palace: Hampton Court Maze and Gardens

When you go to Hampton Court Palace, you have more than just the Palace to explore. There's also the famous Maze, as well as Hampton Court Gardens.

The Maze has been around since 1700 - you can buy a ticket to just the Maze but you'd be silly not to see everything. Entry to the Maze, the Gardens, and the Palace is £16.50 if bought online; it's £17.60 if you buy your ticket there.

The Gardens cover 60 acres, which run down to the Thames. If we had more time we would have got the boat back into Central London, which I'm sure must have some gorgeous views, but it's really easy (and quicker) to get there by train. You can catch the train from Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction or Wimbledon, depending whereabouts you are in London.

Have a gorgeous time if you decide to visit Hampton Court Palace. You should definitely spend all day there exploring the Palace and Gardens - try not to get lost in the Maze! x
